  7.    with any Off-Line based message reader that uses an external text editor,
  8.    AND in conjunction with the IceTERM BBS software, Copyright 1993 Stephen
  9.    Vermeulen or AmiQWK, also provides header strings and initialed quoting
  10.    with paragraph wordwrap. Initialed quoting is of the form:
